The advisor behind BelloAdvisor

I'm Jonathan Bello — a software engineer and technical advisor who has spent his career at the intersection where products get built and companies get funded. BelloAdvisor is my practice: one senior technologist, engaged exactly as much as your company needs.

The work spans the whole arc of an early product's life: writing and rescuing production code, designing architectures that survive growth, guiding contract teams, preparing founders for the technical scrutiny of investors, and sitting beside them on the calls where it counts. I currently serve as the fractional technical advisor to a venture-backed consumer platform, supporting everything from MVP maintenance to investor due diligence.

What clients tend to value most isn't any single skill — it's having someone in their corner whose incentives are aligned, who explains tradeoffs in plain language, and who has seen the movie before. That's the job: senior judgment, honestly delivered, without the full-time price tag.
